FURminator:	This service when added to a package, reduces shedding up to 90% if done regularly, every 4-6 weeks.
De-Matting:	Groomer will quote the charge before performing this service.

All breed puppies are considered SMALL until they are 5 months old.

NOTE: While selecting breed sizes, we have taken into consideration the average size, coat condition, and other variables that affect service times. If your dog is smaller or larger then the average size of the breed, the prices will be adjusted accordingly.

• Our groomers not only pamper your pets but also help keep them healthy. Regular grooming improves a pets overall health.
• Our groomers inspect your pet and shall provide feedback if they think the pet needs to be seen by a Veterinarian.
• Our groomers may deny service if he/she feels the pet is too aggressive, uncooperative or dangerous. All pets must be up-to-date on their rabies shots.
• Our groomers reserve the right if deemed, there are security and safety concerns.
• Prices subject to change without notice, additional charges may apply as per the pets condition. Customers will be adviced of such charges before grooming.

• NOTE: If you are paying by Credit Card it will be in the privacy of your own home, we will not ask you for any credit card information online or over the phone, our groomers are equipped with wireless credit card terminals that will be brought in to your home after the service is provided. A paper receipt will be provided to you after you swipe the card through the wireless terminal and authorization is received.
• Your privacy and security are very important to us. Any information we collect during the online scheduling process or over the phone will solely be used for the purpose of providing you the services we offer. We will NEVER collect any sensitive information from you, such as social security number, age, race or income.
• For the online appointment scheduling service a valid email address is required to create a customer login account.
• Please note: Online cancellations and rescheduling cannot be done within 48 hours of the appointment.
